What Is a Thermocouple?
Homeowners who use any sort of natural gas in their homes, whether it fuels their heating devices or lets flames leap out of a barbecue grill or fireplace, know that this reliable natural fuel has a dark side. If you aren’t careful, propane and natural gas can be quite dangerous or even deadly.
As time passes even a highly efficient HVAC system shows signs of aging. By neglecting your HVAC system you not only open the door to inefficient performance and expensive malfunctions, but also health hazards due to unclean air circulating in your living space.
Cooling and Heating Services
There are plenty of ways you can reduce your energy consumption this summer, save money, and still be comfortable in your own home.
Taxpayers who upgrade their homes to energy efficiency heating and cooling systems may be eligible for tax credits to offset some of the costs. Federal tax credits returned for 2015 (last year) and 2016 on qualifying equipment. Furnaces with over 95% energy efficiency qualify for $150.00 tax credit. If the furnace has an ECM motor that furnace also qualifies for an additional $50.00 tax credit up to a total of $200.00.
